Why choose timber frame?
Timber frame goes up quickly, performs very well thermally, and is a lower-carbon way to build. It is the most common way new homes are built in Scotland.
Can you build a garden room or annexe?
Yes. Clad garden rooms, studios and annexes are a great use of timber frame. We will advise on whether planning permission or a building warrant is needed.
Do you work with my architect?
Absolutely. We can build from your architect’s drawings, or put you in touch with designers we work with.
